By being the change, we unconsciously model for others how to do the same.

What was the most valuable thing you got out of CSL?

I've expanded my tribe. The community of fellows, workshop facilitators, & alumni are amazing.

Why are you passionate about sustainability? What was the moment or event that made you decide to become a ‘change maker’ in your field?

I've been an activist and have advocated for environmental and social justice issues since I was 12. Since then I have witnessed so many of my fellow leaders in sustainability, burn out from stress, or feel hopelessly depressed/suicidal at the magnitude of the challenges we face. And I was in the same boat. Fortunately, I had transformational coaching. When I experienced my own personal transformation, I witnessed how much more effective my advocacy became. Since then, I've been supporting social entrepreneurs by equipping them with the tools for personal sustainability. With mindset mastery, we're all 10x more effective, and together, that's how we change the world.

How did CSL play a role in directing your current path or project?

CSL helped me create the networks I need here in Sydney. I'm an American expat and whilst I have a very strong community through my university Oberlin, I didn't personally know many leaders passionate about the prosperity of our planet.

In 25 words or less, tell us why leadership for sustainability is important.

By being the change, we unconsciously model for others how to do the same.

What do you plan to do next on your sustainability journey?

Ramp it up a notch by offering even more programs through my social enterprise, the Intrinsic Brilliance Institute. The more people we serve by enhancing their inherent resiliency and resourcefulness, the more we can transform global consciousness towards living more mindfully.

What are three words you would use to describe the Fellowship Program?

Intense Amazing Journey
