My most meaningful experiences in life have emerged out of a deep sense of connection with others and with nature
What was the most valuable thing you got out of CSL?
I got that initiating positive change is easy and supported by many around me.
Why are you passionate about sustainability? What was the moment or event that made you decide to become a 'change maker' in your field?
I'm passionate about sustainability because I want homo sapiens and also other species to have the best possible opportunities to live meaningful and interactive lives in the present and the future. My most meaningful experiences in life have emerged out of a deep sense of connection with others and with nature, and I want there to be a resource base in the future that allows us to live rich and fulfilling lives so we can experience this sense of connection, and also a natural world full of other species, both to support this (through ecosystem resilience) and for directly meaningful human experience.
Why is leadership for sustainability important?
To help guide the world towards a livable future and away from probable disaster for most life forms.
What do you plan to do next on your sustainability journey?
Clarify my education and upskilling goals. Follow up on CSL projects I've been connected with. Get a great outcome for the Greens in the next election.
