The CSL International Internship Program offers young people from all over the world the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, improve their skills and learn about sustainability leadership. Our interns offer a valuable contribution to both the operation of our organisation and our programs. Interns are supported by a mentor throughout, while at the same time gaining access to an ever growing global network of like-minded people.
CSL works to empower young people to make a difference, and an internship offers a unique opportunity to be integrally involved in our vision for the future. Through joining our growing network of passionate people, interns are exposed to a priceless knowledge-base and social and support network. While gaining valuable work experience and building a CV, interns are able to put their interests or studies into practice, all while living in Australia and experiencing our Aussie culture. If relevant, the internship can also be used towards gaining academic credit.
We are pleased to offer up to 20 interns at any one time, aged 18 upwards, the opportunity to work from our Melbourne office, Australia. With no defined start or end date, internships are flexible and available throughout the year. The length of the internship, start dates and hours of work will be mutually agreed between CSL and the intern. A variety of projects are available to interns, taking into account interests, skills and preferences.
Internships with CSL are unpaid. Applications for internships are welcome from all nationalities; however there is a requirement that interns have good written and verbal English skills.
